In his public life of 20+ years, Ravindra has on numerous occasions in “been there done that” situation. As a first time MLA, that too from opposition party, Ravi encountered challenging fight for funds for development in the Dombivli city. The major issue with city is that there was very heavy imbalance in respect of population and infrastructure facilities in place. Because like all other suburban areas in Mumbai Metropolitan region Dombivli’s was not infrastructure ready but it was full on population growth. In 2017, The BJP minded Dombivlikar citizens were looking upto him to grab them the piece of cake when he joined as a State minister in the Maharashtra cabinet. He convinced the then CM Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji to allocate funds to develop a robust network of infrastructure for this RSS BJP supporter city. Then came the galore of Bridges, Concrete roads, railways stations improvements, tunnels and Metro.
